No..Not really..if u rush DFG 1st it's way bettter than a Deathcap cus it gives u 1 bonus skill which actually Veigar need it vs HighHP enemies ..If u want much AP just take mana regen runes and spam,spam,spam your Q abillity wich gives u 1AP every time u kill a minion and 1/2/3/4/5 AP for killing a champion(depends on the skill level)...
