Δεν ισχύει για όλες τις τράπεζες με εθνική νομίζω γίνετε να κάνεις verify. @edit γίνετε να κάνεις verify και να στείλεις με όλες της κάρτες απλά δεν γίνετε να συνδέσεις iban ώστε να πάρεις τα λευτά από την paypal στον λογαριασμό σου.

l2 server can be ddosed with l7 attacks since http using tcp , i know a method tested on ovh and cloudflare and i cant say that ovh/cloudflare provide good protection.
