I think the problem is your OS. I have win xp black edition and it won't run as well. there's a problem with kernel32.dll

Δοκίμασε αντί να βάλεις τον αστερίσκο στην ExternalIP=, να βάλειςτην IP που θα βρείς εδώ(wan IP) ή έαν έχεις δημιουρήσει κάποιο no-ip/dyndns hostname.

because every time your router restarts your IP changes...this means that if someone wants to play to your server, he'll have to edit his hosts file again and again and again and again..... OMFG, so much attention for something small. USE L2.INI!
