Thanks for the update LightFusion. I noticed the crash, but I was able to do what I wanted to. This L2.exe + l2encdec + edit with Tauti File Edit works perfectly fine :)

Hello guys, Does any of you found a solution to modify system files such as skillgrp.dat without Critical Error at start (offset violation) and without an unpacked L2.bin ? I am working on the last Tauti client, afaik Fyyre didn't released an unpacked L2.bin so I am trying it

Why do you need it, when L2Dat_encdec still works on GoD files ?

Hello here, I have few troubles with the developper Mode on the Last High Five update (retail client files, just do a check files and you will get the same client I have :P) Main problem is, all menus are in a strange language, if it's a language. Check it on this screen : http://img804.imageshack.us/img804/7774/h5client.png (When I wrote pv, sv or nv on the bottom bar, strange character are here too) I use the same l2.ini on the Goddess of Destruction Korean Client, and then the menu are in english, but the rest of buttons in Korean ><: http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/1295/godclient.png As you see, the second interface is clearly better. I just don't know which file to edit to get it in English, not in strange language :/ If anyone could help me, thx :D

I'm trying and willing to learn, that's why I posted here :) I already tried to open L2server.exe with IDA, it's nice but atm I don't understand everything. Same with the NTCore suite. I learn step by step, it takes time but I try to set up goal to understand things. It's not for a server, principally my own curiosity. Say me when to start so if you think I need to learn basics. ASM, C++ ? I know them both I want to know how MEN/CON/STR/INT stats affects debuffs, that's my goal at the moment

Hello here, I came today with a weird question. I got a Lineage 2 Gracia Final Pack. I'm happy, but I want to do some experiment about debuffs, attribute system and dyes system to modify it. My main problem is, I could not find a file like "formulas.txt" (you guess for what it is ^^) and, after reading most of topics here I think all formulas are in the L2Server.exe Here are my questions so :) : 1) Am I right about all formulas being in the L2Server.exe ? 2) Is it possible to see them, and modify them ? Hello all Few days ago NCSoft speak about a new system which give them a warning when there is somebody with gameguard off, or any 3rd party program on retail I did the checkfiles, and I got some new files which sounds interesting -> L2.bin edited -> Engine.dll -> Core.dll -> Gameguard.des -> npkcrypt.sys -> npkcrypt.vxd -> npkcusb.sys -> Microsoft.VS80.OpenMP.manifest I put an archive with all those files here : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2ED0VPGC If anyone want to read them and see what is their new terrible system, I'm curious (really) :)
