my PC/connection specs: CPU: intel core 2 quad Q9400 @ 2.66GHz 2.67GHz ram: 4gb hard disk: 600gb connection: 7mbps download 0.50mbps upload and ive never lagged in this server

i joined this server 2-3 days ago and i havent seen any lags. what? am i in the servers pc too? the only bad is that phoenix knights and daggers are more powerful than the other classes because fighters reach too much attack speed

im gonna try it and tell my opinion. actually i see u all sayin "laggy server", "brainslow gm's" and "noobserver" but ure not sayin why it is a noobserver and thats why im gonna try it edit: i tried the server and i dont find a reason to call it "noobserver" and it has no lag. i will tell you more soon but until now i think its a good server

i am using l2jserver interlude and i noticed that when the admin changes these things in gmaccess.properties: GMCanEditChar = 100 GMCanEditCharOther = 100 so when the admin changes these codes from 100 to 200 the gm cannot add or delete skills etc. but he can change his own access level, so i dont understand whats the point of changing them? can anybody give me a solution and solve my question?

can you adapt it for interlude?

this doesnt work in interlude because in interlude there isnt a table named "admin_command_access_rights" in the database if you make it for interlude you have +1 from me

ive searched and i didnt find it thats why i need your help. can you tell me how can i do it? i just wanna make the effect of the buffs invisible. thats all. it seems to easy to me but i cant find what i should change and where.

well its like a normal buffer (like oneo's ones) but the buffs havent any effect so they dont make lag. i mean the other one cannot see that someone is buffing. i checked the patch and i didnt find any new skills so i guess they've done some java changes to do that. im actually looking for a java code that cancels the action of the buffs so the other one cant see youre buffing do you understand?

any link? edit: i found drhouse's buffer and its not what i meant. im looking for a buffer like l2deathwhisper's one.
