i'm not a pro in thinks like that but you got the standart l2j ports open. 3306(mysql),9014(gameserver),2106(loginserver) maybe the port numbers are wrong but i can imagine he got access to your server by these open ports. try to just change the ports.

depends on what kind of fighter. buffs i recommend: might,shield,focus,death whisper,haste,wind walk,magic barrier,blessed body,berserker spirit,mental shield, dance of: warrior,fire,fury song of: wind,earth,hunter,vitality,warding maybe i forgot something but i hope i helped you
