You contacted me telling me you get massive lagspikes every 3 minutes or so.
You told me there is an additional delay of 20ms.
After all I gave you a patch to log on another server which is also using my protection. There wasn't any lag.
You told me you are using random IP addresses in your gameserver. Anyone who knows even the basics of TCP/IP can verify you just can't invoke IP Addresses.
You requested a refund and I Declined after sending you my policy. I assume you've read it since I didn't ever hide it, It was there on my first post and clearly states:
After your partner threated me I was still there offering you to look for the solution together. I asked you your configuration about queue size, max packets per second.
Your answer was you setted every boolean to true instead of false. I explained you I talked about configuration and you answered me that configuration doesn't matters as long as you use random ips and you've setted everything to true.
I accept there might be some additional delay, depends on the server (21 ms for the current customer, and I've informed him before everything.) I started my service before getting paid, and he got in his server to test if it's working. After he tested he paid me, meaning the 20 additional ms wasn't an issue.
However my Policy is clear.
We didn't fail to protect him.
24hours of use has been exceeded.
He wasn't able to configure his server.
I'm sorry for your experience, but there wasn't any issue on our side.
