Gracia Final... has it changed then since chronicle?

If you need unlimited zoom, or just want to change the min/max zoom, see L2.ini I think, ill check and update

Hi,

 

I am trying to make/find a good karma guard. I have tried taking a Guard from Giran, transforming him a bit, but it reacts too slow (sometimes it takes 10 seconds before he finally takes action)

 

Any ideas how to make him be more alert? (improve reaction time) or any share with a working link that has proved working well?

Ok there are some things to have in mind:

 

- When you save and it askes to overwrite, you say Yes, and it has an error, it is still Overwritten, thus removing the original with nothing (nothing = errored .dat file)

So, I suggest first trying to save to Lineage II folder, instead of the system folder.

 

- Make sure you don't have any errors, including one of the most familiar: You MUST have one blank line at the bottom, else it will give error..

 

If you just have Raules patched system + FileEdit it should be fine

 

in doubt between Batman and Borderlands.... nah; Borderlands for me :)

Wrong section, skills balance and stuff are managed serverside. Locked till moved.

I only tested with Gracia Final, but I put L2FileEdit on Gracia Part 2, and it loaded Gracia Final npcgrp.dat etc. So I am guessing it hasn't changed that chronicle. So it should work on Gracia Part 2!

 

If not, you probably need just a little change. Post a Gracia part 2 npcgrp.dat line if this doesn't work:

I think it was SystemMsg-e.dat. use a FileEdit, export it to .txt, CTRL + F (search) for the line and change it or something. Or just replace with original of course xD

Ok, so... do that. Select all vertices and click the rotate button if you want to rotate (hotkey E) or move if you want to move (hotkey W)

 

And indeed try to explain a little bit better if you can :/

 

/offtopic: what is that karma hunters about in your sig? To me Karma hunter doesnt really sound like a compliment, but could be just me

zoom out further, perhaps it's located far from the object away: try Convert to Editable mesh (by right click on Tube at the modifier list), and select all vertex, then you can rotate easy I think.

I'd say, if you have a good Clan system (Raids, Sieges, Clan wars, Olympiad) and not to hard/boring farm, I'd definitely stay playing there. I think I'll test it for sure too.

I heard that 2008 is a sort of updated/more secured (though still nothing compared to Linux I guess) version of 2003, so if you really want to go for Windows, I'd recommend 2008
