He the best, but usually the type of pvp can change it . Like u get Hex PR will own u i think. But if everybody will se the others at same time, HE will win. and for defense: some HE + supports, BP + Snipe = owned. (and Assist ofc)

Good, but For Duelist, i use Majestic Heavy, not Tallum. Then put Str+ Dex- too or, nothing ? coz i dont need too much atck speed, but i dont vant to loose so much :P
