Edited:The error on the pic is for teleport from SOE or something it has nothing to do with shops or something unless if your shop it has wrong multisell,html. Can you post your multisell file that you get the error from? Or better can you give your whole shop to check it for you? Have you checked on your db that dynasty id's or entry's doesnt exist? Because if they exist i think the problem is from your client and you have to update it... If they dont exist search 1st on your server's pack sql folder if they exist there on weapons.sql or in armor.sql and if they dont exist even there pm me to give you the code...

You don't have problem with multisell but with SOE (Scrolls of Escape) and eather your problem is with the teleporting position the coordinates are wrong or eather you messed up with something on your db.... Can you tell me after what action you get this error?

I don't think that there is an auto backup for database... But if you want i can tell you how to make a backup to your database but you have to do it for example every 2-3 days
