Yeah it might work, havent testd it yet but i think your better off to making a new char for buffer so that liek the whole clan or everyone can use it.

Ahh so it lasts 3 hours in all servers? it might be different in some, and its good only if you have nobl otherwise ull have to do quest over and over.

Where did you try it, and what client u try it on?

works but wont increase casting speed, just shows no animation and doesnt work ALL the time, 80% i see animation and sometimes i dont, its just faster cast but reuse is same and slow so really theres no big deal if it works or not.

Is this a one time thing, so when you relog it goes off? Or after the buff wears off you must do the quest again?

what do u mean 2.3 or 2.2, as in gracia part 2 or final? u can have l2j final, and l2off is better ofc less bugs, better geo data, no lag depending on your connection, and classes dont have problems with them (usually) btw u shud be under help section of the forum.
