i edit it stats and made it a dagger !!!! about the arnor is called atheria and to find it search in forum ;) sry for not replyng so long but i was in hospital :S(-beep-ing leg broke at enchant :P) ps. if you hold akamanah dual you can see that this is match smaller than the other sword so i made it a dagger !

Yes is one of the Akamanah sword . about the skill is the one the one tha baium uses but a litle bit modified like stronger and new icon and reuse delay .about the lag i dont know cuz in some servers if you become hero you take some of the rb skills and when u use them theres no lag at all !
