nop i just reinstaleled same cs, then tryed other cs but nothing..

I use My CS And Server Patch More Than 2 Years And had No Problems With It, But Now, I eleted My cs and installed same, wich i use more than 2 years I allways used it to create servers, but now when i lounch my server no one can see it on internet, only on lan I set server To not lan but to internet and -nomaster to -master but nothing, i know my Ip is ok cuz Im holding cs servers wery long time but now they -beep-ed up :< I need help plz :< And When I Try To Search For other Servers In internet It Says , Could Not Contact To Master game server (something like that) , I tryed other non-steam cs which i found on net but same shit :<
