WTB Multi Language Support (286/311 Protocol)

Looking for somebody with advanced knowledge of l2 client and is able to edit DLL files or enable multi language support. I have already enabled the languages but the issue is applying it since I get a critical error. This is for 286/311/338 protocol. Payment will be generous as long as the work is done.
