Help NEED HELP LineageEffect.u

Hi guys, i have been trying to edit the lineageEffect.u file and managed to decompile it with the WOTexporter but here comes the problem. I can't see what I have to modify in any script of a skill to reduce their animations in the game and give optimum quality to my FPS. PLEASE HELP.
