Hello everybody i'm using Abode After Effects 7.0 and i've got a problem with my video. i add a video (5.5 MB) and i add effect of lightning. and when i create a proxy (movie) my video from 5.5 MB goes to 296 MB. Who i can change that. Is too big to upload it on youtube
