Does anyone know what controls Enchant Effect? Am example is below with the cloak and may want to get rid of enchant effect completely if possible.

Hello, Does anyone know where to set an item enchant type? For example, if I have a hat and fail an enchantment, the hat goes to +0 instead of burning. I suspect this is somewhere within dat files where you can set enchant type to crystallize / drop/ nothing or does this not exist (essence 362)? Thanks for your attention
