I think that gameserver can't load the ID from some npc try to instal or reinstal your db and try again.

I think that he meens he want to learn how to add npc, weapons, armors etc. First download navicat (dont ask for link just search at google) Download mysql + java instal them all. After that make a new connection, instal your db (server/tools/Db_installer) when db instal finished open navicat you database and hit execute bath file give the path to the sql of one npc eg and execute.
