I play necromancer on 15x rates and my mana is gone like in 5 minutes, so it is very useful for nukers, too

Not a big deal you know, the re-use of Elixirs is 5 minutes, you can have an instant re-use by making a restart. That way you can have your mana always recovered. Works with HP/CP/MP Elixirs, on every server, including l2off, where mana is really needed (low rates) Cheers
