Nop. L2J Is a LEGAL Emulator Of Lineage 2. But As Far as I Know , Every Little Change That Is Made Client SIde Is Illegal. Using Hosts With L2authd i think is illegal too. about , Server Side Changes , I'm Not Sure. But The Pack Itself is Legal

Well , The BIG Differences Are Some Kinda Invisible To Players.. Now , There Are Other Small Differences.. For Example. L2J Is a A Pure Lineage 2 Emulator. Just Some Little Modifications. Such as TvT Event.. And Others.. Now.. About L2 Emu , L2 Emu Has Many Custom Modifications. Such as Stucksubs , CTF , Dm , banking systems , Buffers , Shops , Gatekeepers .. ( L2J Has a Core Buffer Too. ) And Yes , As Cobra Said It's Good for pvp servers. but its unstable. L2JFree.. It's Good. Really Good. Mate The Change of The Packet 21 to 19 is just the item id.. i mean , in the multisell , when u create one , u start id's 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 etc... So , When You Tried It You Just Changed Bought The Weapon With id 19. About the enchantment i dunno.. but thats what u did. think about it. or check it at the video..
