This is not possible by any shared software. Only things that will help you will be ultra excel skills or 10 weeks non stop editing by hand.

The software will also change the spoil chance if you set it to like 5x. There is no way just to edit the spoil amount. So if you go for 5x with the rate-editor, keep 100 inside the ini.

This kind of buffer is already inside the extender (can speak for vanganth). Those html is simply client and html editing. Edit: Sorry, not even client editing since i can not see custom images in there..

You can use the L2rates.exe wich you can find via google. It has the option: Multiply <= MaxRate then Qty - wich means, you set a MaxRate (let's say 50%) and everything over 50% will change the amount of the spoiled item. Example: Gremlin spoils 1 animal bone at 20%. You set max rate 100% and multiply by 7x -> 20*7 = 140 = 2 animal bones in total amount.

Obviously i am selling it because i am not in need of it anymore. Limited extenders are a good choice to look trough things and let it run before you spend 700 usd for an unlimited one. Also the full extender does not cost the full price anymore if you upgrade.
