for me u should not listen to every single suggestion from one guy ;p (no offense) you should start the beta if isn't already(i dont know) and there take general ideas about the server. in dis way u will ruin it before even the start..

i know that already have voiced. i mean the locations.. in frozen you have to edit em Shout/Trade everything on Say2 not like aCis or Hellas that is on the chat handlers with categories like this java/net/sf/l2j/gameserver/handler/chathandlers/ChatAll.java PS. lol i am sorry i just saw the code my bad..

the frozen doesn't have the chat handlers like the aCis i guess the location is on Say2.java there u have to make the edits
