Actually if someone tells you if he can make you a website for 100 euros in a couple of days or so, that guy is full of bullshit. Serious websites made on MVC pattern are made in minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months and prices are in the range of thousands of euros.

I don't understand what's your problem, as I told before, if you don't like it then don't join it, noone needs members like you hating on other people.

Your attitude is bad and you should feel bad about it. Simple, if you don't like a server, don't join it, nobody forces you, maybe there are still out there players that enjoyed playing sublimity or sublimity-like servers and could play again but no such servers around so let them to decide wheter it will be good or not.

First of all we start with some english lessons and after that we go learn some C++ basics and after that we must understand the packages from OFF and go learn some assembly and C and finally we start learning java, the internet is filled with tutorials, feel free to search for them. -
