acis is very clean pack so you have to add customs for a pvp server , almost all custom features you need are shared. scoria have all epics working almost retail , working retail olympiad , skill formulas working almost ok but you need add some custom features also , and you have to adapt them because you wont find anything for scoria .

your suggestions are not bad but in my opinion this is not the perfect time to open a server like that many players wanna have some fun not to farm on the summer , maybe i will create a new server when winter is coming with harder features .

k if you are interested exactly what files we are using you can search l2scoria our files are based on it , also i can say you l2jfrozen pack is based in a very old version of scoria , ty .

like the features say the only instant thing is the enchant enchant the rest like augments / skill enchant / clan lvl you have to work for them also if you want the +12 weapon and +8 armor you have to work and pvp to get the raid drops .
