Requesting a mod to ban the user he just scammed me. Payment has been completed and relevant user blocked me on discord without completing the transaction. More details and full chat log can be provided in pms

Sure more parts from our discord conversation posted below. Please note that he blocked me while he is active on discord (he responded to a different discord account). Could you please ban him @Atom?

Hello Dev, Just a quick question, could you please use your "proper perception of understanding things like games or l2 in general" and reply with some constructive feed-back ? Ah, and in case you are think of writing that you do not have the time to do so, I will remind you that you personally attacked a player commenting on the topic in less than an hour since the post was made (someone is refreshing the thread?). So please let me know why you are spamming that much, what is in for you since you do not play on the server (hmm)?

Am I a new account as well? The server is one the best as on every season!
-
Actually the online player count is the HWID count, so boxes are not included (meaning 1200 real players). Also, playing on the last two seasons of the server, I strongly believe that they don't use any fake player counter.

Programming Section structure : ------- Procedural / Functional - Pascal (Pretty good for learning basis of programming even if not used so much at the moment while pascal's "improvement" Delphi has a good share of developers) - C - Delphi - Python (I know it's a mixed language and OOP can be achieved but I don't think it's wise to make a subsection for Python) ------ Object Oriented - C++ (Yeah java and C# are now on lead but C++ is still used and it's pretty good for learning the basis of OOP) - C# - Java - Visual Basic (After C# most people think it will "die" but still big companies use it ------ Declarative - SQL ------ Web - Ajax - JavaScript - Html - PHP (Different Section for procedural and OOP) - HTML - Asp.net(The use of c# on asp.net) - CSS It's a fast reply I would suggest some a section about "software" like xamarin , codeigniter , etc. If you need any help setting this up or a moderator I would gladly help you let me know so I can make a more detailed post about the sections and some ideas on how to increase the population of visitors. If you need any personal information about my relationship to computer science let me know "again".
