yeah part 22 stucks the first time you download it, happened to me too, I downloaded the 68% of it, and it didn't work, but after second dl it worked :)

so l2 off is kinda like official when they were c4 (c3,c2,c1..) but I think that l2 off has less lag and can hold more players, but I am not sure

tested it yesterday. Nope, didn't see any wing growning at 80. They can use all weapons, Their skills were AWSOME, and many, and dmg was perfect. Oh and I really liked the dynasty set, it owned. P.S Rapier---> OWNAGE
