Not really.. blow damage is modified by STR, but not directly. Since I like kamikazi dager, and I'm always with bishop, I put +4 wit -4 int and +4 dex -4 con.

 

But you can easily put +4 wit -4 int and +4 dex -4 str. My friend had the same itens as me, these dyes and he won.
