I have verry good PC Machine and Internet connection and money is no problem. Server will never have donations. I`m looking forward to see ur opinions.

money is not an problem, I know developers from famous l2 servers, wich I can pay them.

I prefer interlude off to c4 off...but whichever u choose, make sure they are retail-like...ppl are generally not fond of l2j servers(including myself)

I think 1 high rates will be pretty awesome, cuz i never see c4 pvp server... only mid or low rates.
