Hellbound got less bugs than IL , as u know.

So Frank,my vote goes that u should buy IL/HB OFF files and make a good srvr...Only there u ll see a good population..I know that u dont know how to settup a OFF server..At least worths the try.

That's the problem. The only problem. If I knew how to fix all the exploits/bugs I would open the server as IL.

Yes but it should be balanced!Maximum actives 2-3 on donate,you can't donate for example maximum  on weapon/armor/jewels!
