Well first question is: does you friend have good server files because if he will run low rate server on L2J Brasil or any other free pack he will likely fail...

Depends...What client?...if is freya you can make a low rate without customs...but if is interlude....an high rate with customs....or without...will be nice:D

i think a high rate no customs with easy enchant system it will be verry goood... It will be foull of  pvp and lov3 :P
