[Search] Dev/GM* For Live Server

Hi everyone im the admin of L2eternity.eu and looking for active and skillfull developer/gm for my server.

 

Some of my requirements:

1)Know java language (provide support too)

2)Datapack Developer (can fix skills or stats and be able to provide support for multisells/html etc)

3)You can advertise or make nice concepts to bring people (ideas, competition, gameplay etc)

4)You can provide support in any way you think its better

 

Well i dont require 1 person to have them all this skills but the most skills you have the better.

Also i dont require from you to provide in-game support and be active in-game but you can do it if you want.

 

There are 2 open slots at the moment 0/2.

 

Depend on your work/skills there may be a payment.

There are around so many wannabe's gm's,they may will ruin your server.

My point?

Before you choose gm/dev be sure that he's good for this position and enought mature for it.

98% of the so called devs are randoms who never ever read 1 java book or have expeirence they only know how to add diffs.

 

you wont/hardly find a experienced dev nowdays.

 

you will be much more successfull if you just grab a book and start reading. you can easy edit existing codes whit minimal java knowledge, if you can read them that is

Yes its true and i already know that.

 

But im not searching only for devs as i said the positions may vary.

Im searching also for :

 

-Project Enthusiast's: That can create ideas, concept, organize a project/team.

-Datapack helpers : For skill,item and dp support.

-GM's : That would give support in-game, answer petitions or moderate forum or else to keep record for bugs/missing features etc.

 

More importantly im looking for some1 who will care and contribute to all this.
