well i entered ... it have low ppl but its normal for a 2 hour srv :P wich was not normal for 2 hour srv was that clan that iv seen 2 members of it 2 hours after open with red weapons on 65% ench :P with 10kk ench prize and low adena drop :P

hmm that's difficult thing to say.... if you are working on existing project... If you really have this in your mind, then you should hire proffesional devs and start from 0, new pack. Anyway, for a semi good server, l2jfrozen is a nice option...
