First of all, congratz for your Guide !!

And something else.. the column `fornoble` means that if you set it at 0, then all the players have the ability to teleport.

If you set it to 1, then only the Noblesses will be able to teleport.

and that fornoble.. is how much port costs for noblesse chars.
