[Help] Removing Server side Messages possible?

Is it possible to remove server side messages?

I'm playing in a server and they made annoying big messages appear on screen.

Example: When a CTF event is on and the enemy team takes your Flag, a big message comes up "Blue team has taken your Flag!!!".

No custom files because to play there you need only host ip and no need to download a system folder.

 

So the question is:

1) Is it possible to remove the "Server side messages" to not show up on your L2 client

2) If yes, how to?

no its not possible if those messages are from server side and not client.
