Hello all . I have 2 problems with my LoL.

 

1.I installed the LoL , started a game , and i wanted to make a Screen Shot. I know i have to use F12 , but i did use 3 or 4 times to take 1. But didnt make . At begining worked to make.

2.Is there any way to change settings of Screen Shot ? I want to press "-" or "+" to make Screen Shot.
