You are right, this is already posted in our web-site "game guide" section :)

 

You can equip dynasty armor but there is no effect without hero circlet :)

Dude like I said before, apella +16 = dyna +0 (dynasty not enchantable)

So yea there is a choice when you got apella +16 and you are hero, you can equip apella or dyn, there is no matter. :)

So this is hero point you just need to be hero and you wont need enchant your apella set :)

Same with hero weapon, they are like dusk weapons but they already got p/m.atk like dusk weapon +16 and got stats like stun,slow,silence etc :) (like real hero weapons, just chance on that debuff is lowered)

That is the point in olympiad that newbies can fight with a grade at olympiad and they have a chance to be the best at server. :)

You dont need farm for dyna, it is buyable at Olympiad manager for Gate Pass. :)

Blesses you need to buy at shop for PvP reward items - COL.

Better increase the enchant rate with normal scrolls at least to 66%.. 50% is too low
