look your config ip's there have one problem..  and it cant connection loginserver

 

look them !!

check if u have the hexid in the right place and then check ur config ip file.

for local server add 127.0.0.1 to loginserver.prop and on server.prop as well.

You should pur 127.0.0.1 for local OR for publick your NO-IP.
