Enchant with L2Walker

Does anyone know how to enchant with L2walker on C4 server?

 

Because my clan mate enchanted hes tatoo (old tatoos - tatoo of resolve, soul and so on..) and with that enchanted tatoo he had 2000+ casting speed. But with that speed gms caught him and banned him, so now i cant talk with him.

 

 

 

I'm just sure that he enchanted with l2walker. but how...

 

Anyone has any idea.. maybe script but for that u need ids.

 

 

 

if he enchanted tatoo, weapons could be enchanted same way too.
