I think this can be like old aerial transformation buff, just get transformed and spam COV or POW buff while you press dispell transformation so you get your normal status casting the buff, and voila COV on you, after this, buff yourself from NPC and you will have 5 min COV, the Oly buffs and your selfbuffs for your match.
