u go to ure server folder /gameserver/data/zones/zone.xml

and there u can find all towns and castles......    lets take giran town when u find it ther will be in the 1st or 2nd row "type= town" u change "town" in "arena" (if u want pvp but without getting pvp points) or "combat" (is like a normal pvp area)    :)
