[Help] Building a PC from zero

Heya!

 

Well, recently me and my friends decided to create a pc from zero.What I want from you, are opinions about separate parts which you think that we can implement.Our main goal is to build something powerful with -of course- the lowest cost of money.

 

Some starting ideas which poped out of our heads:

 

- Liquid cooling (or Hydro-Cooling, name it as you like).

- A small(maybe) SSD for booting and stuff...

- A good case.

 

Nothing specific.I need some specific replies from you.I'll be really happy if I get serious answers, without spam (which are gonna get deleted as you probably imagine).

Tip one:Buy a i7 4core proccesor or an i5.Surely worths it's money

this will cost you about 200+ euro

 

Atleast 4 GB RAM with 1600 mh or more

 

a GIGABYTE motherboard,that supports all them

 

about graphics cards,don't know exactly but an ATI of 5500 or more(?)
