Using manor system of aden to make mats and so

Hi,does anyone knows how i can use manor system of aden so i can take materials like Steel,Animal bone,Iron ore,Suede,varnish and charcoal??I dont understand what i have to do with set crops/seeds and so

 

 

Also is there a way to take the materials that i wrote u above faster??like what is the best place to farm each of them..

Anyway... the manor system is indeed great if the castle lords care to use it :P

Been on some servers where it seemed that the lords didnt care about it strange enough :p

one hint, if you dont know it jet :p Manor system starts working after 5 minutes and 50 seconds after Grand olimpiad begins :)
