we will need an exact date/time to be sure maybe we cant be there the time the tournament is going to take place.

we cant have an exact date since only 2 guys have registered yet.

You can unregister later, no problem. Also i dont think that there will be problems like this, the leaders of everyteam are going to decide with an open discussion the dates of every match.

I don't like 3v3, but I also imagine 5v5 is impossible to organise properly.
