help, Change Enchant rates to different weapons?

Sooo, hello every1, this day my question is - how to change enchanting success rate, for example Arcana Mace needs less rate(%) than Dragonic bow, or Angel Slayer??? how to make rate different?

you cant as i know at  least.. You can only change success for armor/jewels and weapons not for A weapon or A jewel and it wouldn't have any meaning to do these >.>

It can be done...surely it is possible ...but propably way too hard...

 

and i totaly agree with nazghoul it has no point ...and propably that would enrage ur players a bit...think of a mage.that would get enraged to brake...many arcanas...on +++ while he would see the archers with drac++++++ ....not that good idea..
