Well, here I am after having watched the movie.

I can say that I expected it to be worse. I believe that it is fine, there may not be so much action, but it's clever.

It sets the scene properly, so that we can have some action immidiately @ the 2nd part, since we now know everything we need to (what are the deathly hallows, who owns what, what is voldemort searching for, etc.).
