ye Leki is stolen for the second time by the same guy.

 

This make me think he didn't even bother to format his PC before, so he had the keyloggers still alive.

 

Or mabye he is sharing it with any friend.

yeah i know

but that doesn't rly matters

what matters is that Account isn't be used by normal owner by someone else

shared/stolen account must be banned according the rules

let's say someone logins with ur account(especially VIP)

he makes many abuses(ANYWAY of abusing,unhidding topics to karma abuses)

he gets banned,and yeah,you come and ask for unban cause you didn't do that

so,betta ban from start
