put the blessed scroll chances and come on its high rate normals should be like 70-75% and blessed 85-90 this way you will atract more ppl

Is the server w/o blessed or the rate is just 0% ?... high rate servers like yours (x100+) should also have a little bit higher enchant rates! (i think) :D
