best in HR are 24 Buff slot's ...

 

30/36 are to much for a good pvp :D because you can take all resist's and bb nukers :D

Actually ... Its a nice featured Server.. except 54 Buff slots ..  6H olympiad .. Server's Farm zones will be at this time Empty ... and the Enchant rate.
