(question)Im kinda new with this...plz help

ok i did the check out from l2j svn (for the freya packs) now before I "compile" everything I would like to edit some stuff like enchant rate for scrolls, Drop rate, and so on...Now I imported the svn files I download into eclipse...Now I found something that says "config.java" (under l2_gameserver/java/com.l2jserver/config.java) by the looks of it I think this is where i can edit some stuff like the enchant rate right? if so how/and where exactly(which line)

Why should u change echant rate there?

 

U have .properties configs, where u should do that.

 

Config.java is some kind of support between .properties files and source.

 

Read some sticked guides from development section, its fully explained about configs.
