pvp weapons/armors

hello i dunno if that question is already been asked but i have a problem in my server...when i equip pvp weap for example a pvp dagger normally i should have at passive's item skill: cancell but in my server hasnt got the ability from pvp..can anyone help me?i use the search button but i didnt found such a topic....

First of all you should post info about your pack (like revision etc)

 

Also this may be not implemented yet.
